Epi tempura delights (fresh spring roll) - sooo good, fresh, tangy, unique. One of my favorites Tropical Zandar Ceviche - really good, sweet mango pairs perfectly, really fresh Tartar and crunch - really yummy and crunchy, a little spicy. Well balanced (another favorite) Chicken katsu - delicious! Very crunchy! Good sauce Mango rainbow roll - good but very basic if youre used to special rolls, definitely go for the other dishes for more unique flavors Mountain Zandar Bowl - very good and refreshing, generous portion The interior is also super pretty.

Negishi Sushi absolutely exceeded my expectations. The fish was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — easily some of the best sushi I’ve had in Europe. The menu had a great mix of classic rolls and creative specialties, and the service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The ambiance is modern and welcoming, with just the right balance of casual and elevated. Bonus points for their efficient service and convenient location — perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. Highly recommend the Negishi Special Roll and the salmon sashimi — melt-in-your-mouth good. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Zürich

Beautiful restaurant . The service was rather fast and the food very good. They have plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They also have a small terrasse at the front if the air-conditioning inside is uncomfortable for you. It's a pleasant alternative to the food court inside the airport.
